DFW Land acquired Corporate Point, a 242,000-square-foot 10-story office tower located at 5615 Highpoint Drive at Corporate Drive in the office center of the Las Colinas master-planned community. The Dallas Business Journal reports that Gainwell Technologies, a healthcare technology firm, was the seller. Gainwell had occupied the entire office for the past 15 years.
Weitzman’s Creighton Stark handled negotiations for the seller, along with Matthew Rosenfeld. David Davidson of Davidson Bogel Real Estate was the purchaser’s broker.
Built in 1981 and renovated in 2007 and 2015, the tower features a new conference center, training room, tenant lounge, full-service fitness center and commercial-grade cafe. The property also comes with an additional 7.5 acres for future development. Corporate Point is located in Las Colinas, one of the country’s prominent office markets with recent major expansions from Wells Fargo, Christus Health and the new Ritz-Carlton Resort.
