There was a time when whiskey bottles did not warn consumers that alcohol impaired their driving. They knew it. When coffee shops did not have to add a warning on a takeaway cup that stated the contents were hot. It was also a time when high performance cars did not have safety systems like traction control and stability control. These were cars that demanded respect, and required skill to extract the best from them. Like a Ferrari F50, a Lamborghini Diablo and a Porsche 959.
