
Midway completed  CITYCENTRE Six, a 19-story office tower in Houston. The first occupants will be welcome May 1. The tower is already 90% leased out. Among the signed tenants are Dow, VoltaGrid, Octave and Enverus.
The project team for CITYCENTRE Six includes Kirksey, the architect of record; Munoz + Albin Architecture and Planning, the design architect; and D.E. Harvey Builders, the general contractor.Â
Leasing agents included Michael Anderson and the Partners Real Estate team, who represented Midway. Dow was represented by Ronnie Deyo and Lonna Jenks at JLL, along with national account partner Newmark. VoltaGrid was represented by Gary Lawless Jr. and Dustin Cruz at Cresa; Octave by Kevin Saxe at CBRE; Enverus by Samuel Slovacek and Mark Harris at JLL.
Besides the office space, CITYCENTRE Six includes approximately 12,000 square feet of street‑level retail and restaurant space.
Midway is also in predevelopment for additional office opportunities at CITYCENTRE.
