Cadillac’s Optiq electric crossover is going to get some big changes for 2026. Changes like more range and more horsepower, as well as a new rear-drive model joining the lineup. There’s even a new NACS plug to make charging more convenient at one of the largest networks around. All make the 2026 Cadillac Optiq more appealing than before, but the nicest change might be the one you’d never expect these days: a price cut. Cadillac is trimming nearly $2,000 from nearly every version of its replacement for the gas-powered XT4 for the new model year.
