Ferrari pulled the virtual sheets off its latest sports car today, revealing the 2027 Amalfi after teasing the model yesterday. Named for a gorgeous stretch of Italian coastline in the Province of Salerno, the Amalfi will replace the Roma as Ferrari’s entry-level model, retaining its predecessor’s classic, front-engine proportions and much of its slinky styling, though rendered with modern design cues. And predictably, performance will improve as well compared to the Roma, with a 631-horsepower, twin-turbo V8 sending power to the rear wheels via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
