A 300,000-square-foot building at 3700 S. Stonebridge Drive is up for sale. The Dallas Business Journal reports Globe Life will begin formally calling for offers in mid-to-late November. The listing follows Globe Life’s decision to relocate its headquarters to 7677 Henneman Way, a six-story, 200,000-square-foot building it purchased in July from SouthState Corp. It’s part of the old campus of Independent Bank, which SouthState bought in January for $2 billion.
There is currently no listed asking price for the building. Cushman & Wakefield’s Campbell Puckett, Ryan Hoopes, Matthew Murphy, Russell Ingrum, Todd Savage, Jared Chua, and Kelsey Shebay are handling the listing.
The listing team believes the location is best suited to attract a large single user, rather than a mix of tenants.
Globe Life will transition more than 3,000 employees to the new campus, located just four miles up the road, in phases through the end of the year.
