JPI has completed the first two phases of its new apartment community at Frisco Railhead. Jefferson Railhead is 60% leased, and Jefferson Parkhouse is 17% leased. Heady Investments is developing the project.
The Dallas Business Journal reports the two communities offer a total of 903 units. A third phase, currently in design, will add another 377 units. It isn’t expected to break ground until next year. JPI will bring 1,280 apartments to the mixed-use project rising along the Dallas North Tollway north of Main Street.
In addition to apartments, Frisco Railhead will feature a 17-story hotel with condominiums on the top two floors, 36,000 square feet of retail space, and approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space. Wallace Venture is developing the hotel and retail space. The hotel brand and operator have not been revealed.
HPI Real Estate Services & Investments and Bandera Ventures LP are partnering on 800,000 square feet of office space.
