Advance Realty Investors and Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP) announced that 3PL carrier SpeedX has leased 165,000 square feet at 200 Linden Logistics Way, a 516,476-square-foot distribution facility located in Linden, NJ, within the 4.1-million-square-foot Class A Linden Logistics Center.
SpeedX will occupy the facility as part of a planned $1-billion factory-to-front-door expansion that will see the company build out an end-to-end logistics hub, allowing small and mid-sized companies to ship products from overseas to U.S. customers.
“We’re pleased to welcome SpeedX to Linden Logistics Center, a premier location that continues to attract top-tier distributors from around the world,” said Alex Motiuk, director of acquisitions at GREP. “As demand for well-located industrial space continues to outpace supply across Northern New Jersey, the Center is exceptionally well-positioned to benefit from this ongoing market tightening.”
A CBRE team led by Tom Monahan and Larry Schiffenhaus represented ownership in the lease. SpeedX was represented by Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate, Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty.
