Alterra Mountain Co. expects to break ground soon on The Stockman, Auberge Collection, a $550 million combination hotel, residential property in Steamboat Springs. The mixed-use concept will include restaurants, hotel rooms, a ballroom, residences and parking.
The nine-story property will feature 59 guest rooms and suites and 95 private residences. The Stockman will offer true ski-in, ski-out access to the region’s iconic Champagne Powder. Â
The resort will include three culinary venues: a signature destination restaurant, an après bar with an outdoor ski-up deck featuring casual bites and sweeping mountain views, and a cozy Living Room bar, all with outdoor patios and al fresco seating. The resort will also include a spa, pool and butler service.
The Stockman’s 95 residences will range from one to five-bedroom mountain homes.
The Stockman, Auberge Collection is being developed by Stockman Development LLC, led by Marquee Development.
