Site work is nearly complete at Rosamond Crossing, an 800,000-square-foot retail venture in Anna. The Seitz Group and Big V Property Group are developing the project that will occupy two corners at the intersection of Rosamond Parkway and U.S. Highway 75.
The Dallas Business Journal reports that anchor tenant Kroger has begun construction on a 123,000-square-foot supermarket on one corner. Other tenants, including Bank of America, Chase, McDonald’s, and Seven Brew, are expected to open their doors in 2027.
On the other corner, signed tenants include Eos Fitness, Aldi, Academy Sports, Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, and Burlington will be going in.
An additional 200,000 square feet are planned across two later phases, which are expected to trail the first phase by about six months. Openings are targeted for spring 2028. Leasing negotiations for those phases are still ongoing.
