Ziff Real Estate Partners paid $17.9 million for Marston Park Plaza, a 90,200-square-foot shopping center at 5066 S. Wadsworth Way in Denver. Millier United Real Estate was the seller. The Denver Business Journal reports Miller paid $17.4 million for the retail property in 2015.
At the time of the sale, Marston Park Plaza was 88% occupied, with tenants such as The Tile Shop, Little Caesars, and Wag N’ Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming. 18 tenants had signed leases ranging from five to 10 years.
Jason Schmidt and Austin Snedden led JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team that represented the seller.
Earlier this year, Ziff Real Estate Partners acquired Village Square Shopping Center, a 40,277-square-foot retail center in Louisville, for $9.25 million. Ziff says it’s a vertically integrated owner and operator of neighborhood retail, self-storage, office, and industrial properties.
