
Mintwood Real Estate and MSquared broke ground on Loma, an Oak Cliff development that will deliver 370 luxury apartment homes, with 187 reserved for essential workers earning between 50% and 80% of the area median income (AMI).
Amenities will include a pool, rooftop sky lounge, sauna, cold plunge, co-working spaces, children’s play areas, dog park, and state-of-the-art fitness center
The Design Team is led by WDG Architecture and Swoon, the Studio (interiors).
Loma is being developed in partnership with the Dallas Public Facility Corporation.
Mintwood has a portfolio of 5,000 residential units, 500,000 square feet of retail space and a capitalization of $2 billion.
MSquared says it is a women-owned real estate impact platform focused on creating mixed-income, mixed-use projects that promote affordability, sustainability, and diversity.
