Volkswagen Teases Its Next High Performance R Model

The next hot Volkswagen model will make well over 300 horsepower, have the latest version of VW’s all-wheel drive system, and the option of a titanium exhaust from Akrapovic. It’s a vehicle that will be much wider than the model it replaces, with suspension parts borrowed from the 50th birthday party of the Golf GTI. But this new R won’t be a Golf and it won’t be coming to America. It’s the new T-Roc R, VW’s little crossover with big performance.
