Toyota making the RAV4 hybrid only is one of the most significant moves an automaker has made recently. While Toyota is forward-thinking as an automaker, it’s also conservative in how it moves forward with its biggest sellers, and the Toyota RAV4 is its biggest seller by far. Toyota has reached the conclusion that hybrid drivetrains are the immediate future, and not many people will argue with that. The only issue is how that will affect the cost, as the current gas-only 2025 Toyota RAV4 starts at $29,800 in the US. Now we know that the RAV4 Hybrid LE FWD will start at $31,900.
