Vertical construction has launched at One Beverly Hills, the $10-billion master-planned development at the western gateway of Beverly Hills. Phased completion is expected to begin in 2027, according to Cain and its development partners.
Spanning 17.5 acres, the project will introduce lifestyle and hospitality brand Aman to the West Coast, with two Aman-branded residential towers, a hotel, and global Aman Club. As part of the master plan, The Beverly Hilton will undergo a comprehensive redesign to elevate its guest experience.
“Reaching vertical construction is a powerful moment for everyone involved in One Beverly Hills,” said Jonathan Goldstein, co-founder and CEO of Cain. “It reflects years of collaboration, planning, and belief in what this site can become. We look forward to delivering a destination that we believe will not only redefine luxury living but also create lasting economic and cultural value for the city of Beverly Hills and the wider region.”
