The Buick LaCrosse was Buick’s final full-size sedan offering in the US. It was also the company’s flagship sedan beginning in 2005 and was based on GM’s old, but good, W Body platform. The LaCrosse was appreciated for its luxurious appointments, quiet cabin and that “Buick appointed ride.” It saw three generations in that time, with a facelift or two, and like any vehicle, saw its fair share of problems.
