Denver-based cloud and AI infrastructure company Crusoe has opened a new office in downtown Bellevue, Washington.
The 7,400-square-foot space in the Key Center building at 601 108th Ave. NE is currently home to 15 employees, with the capacity to accommodate 20 and potentially expand further. Founded in 2018, Crusoe operates specialized data centers that provide the computing power companies need to run and train AI models, often using cleaner or low-cost energy.
Owned by Kilroy Realty, Key Center is a 488,000-square-foot trophy office tower situated in Bellevue’s Central Business District, surrounded by dining and retail opportunities and access to public transportation.
Crusoe, which employs more than 1,000 people globally, has offices in San Francisco and Sunnyvale, Dublin, and Tel Aviv. It also has manufacturing facilities in Colorado, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. In October 2025, the startup announced the initial closing of its $1.375 billion Series E round, bringing the company’s expected valuation to over $10 billion.
