National personal injury firm Gould Grieco & Hensley has signed a lease for 17,000 square feet at the PNC Centre, a 36-story office building at 1 N. Franklin Street in Chicago’s central business district.
The firm, which has a staff of more than 60 across its Chicago, Michigan and Los Angeles offices, will be moving out of its current space at 101 N. Wacker Drive, reported the Chicago Business Journal.
Gould Grieco & Hensley expects to move into its new Chicago headquarters by spring. JLL’s Kim Doyle and Brad Despot represented the landlord, while Jake Ehrenberg and Nicole Becker represented the tenant.
MetLife Investment Management acquired the building in 2013. PNC Centre recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation, including a new amenity floor, a refreshed lobby, and upgrades to elevators and common areas.
Gould Grieco & Hensley’s move comes on the heels of several law firms adding office space in Chicago. Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff, a Cleveland-based law firm, also recently expanded its downtown office.
