• Blanca Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Miles Glascock as Senior Vice President, Healthcare. With nearly four decades of experience across commercial real estate, healthcare consulting, and corporate leadership, including senior roles at JLL, Cresa, and Cushman & Wakefield, Miles brings deep sector expertise. 
• Driftwood Capital announced that Carlos Rodriguez Jr. has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rodriguez Jr. has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since co-founding Driftwood Capital with Carlos Rodriguez Sr. in 2015. Over the past decade, Driftwood Capital has $3.5 billion in hospitality assets under management, more than $1 billion in projects under construction/ development, participation in over $2 billion in loan originations, and more than 80 hotels under management through its subsidiary, Driftwood Hospitality Management. 
• Lee & Associates Gainesville office  will led by Dan Drotos as founding President and Managing Principal. The office will specialize in office, industrial, land, and retail advisory and brokerage services, serving institutional, owner-user, and private capital clients throughout North Central Florida. Additionally, Rory Causseaux, Lauren Vazquez, and Margaret Drotos will serve in leadership roles within the new office.
• RIPCO Real Estate hired Austin Alves as a Director. Alves will primarily focus on providing retail leasing and sales services to owners and occupiers within the South Florida markets. He will be based in RIPCO Real Estate’s Miami, Florida office. Prior to joining RIPCO, he represented a diversified portfolio totaling more than 3 million square feet.
• Foss Real Estate Partners announced that Robert Horton has joined the firm as a partner. Horton, who will be based in Miami, brings 15 years of experience across commercial real estate finance, development, and asset management. Over the course of his career, he has structured and closed more than $5 billion in debt and equity financing for acquisitions, development, construction, value-add, and permanent capital across all major asset classes. Most recently, he served as a managing director at Concord Summit and previously held a director role at George Smith Partners and asset management with Brookfield Properties.
