Doorlist Event Management, Inc., d.b.a. DoorList, an app designed for college students to create and manage social events on campus, has signed a new three-year lease for 3,062 square feet at 322 Eighth Ave. in Chelsea. The circa-1925 office property saw its entrance and facade completely remodeled in recent years.
Claire Koeppel and Dylan Weisman of Newmark represented the tenant. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.
DoorList is expected to move in this February following the buildout of its space, which will serve as the company’s general, executive and administrative offices. Planned improvements include multiple phone rooms, a huddle room, an eight-person conference room, a wet pantry, new lighting, and upgraded flooring.
