Newmark has been awarded the leasing assignment for 3 Glen Bell Way, a prominent 87,639-square-foot Class A R&D/flex building in the Irvine Spectrum submarket. Executive managing director Scott Read, senior managing director Troy Wooton and director Zac Fielder will serve as the listing agents on behalf of landlord Skyline Group International.
Originally constructed in 2001 as a corporate headquarters for Ford Motor Company’s West Coast operations and design studio, the property is now vacant and available for immediate occupancy.
“The demand for high-quality R&D and office space in Orange County has surged in recent years, due to the needs of the most prominent companies in automotive, aerospace, defense and life sciences,” said Read. “3 Glen Bell Way represents a rare opportunity in the heart of Irvine Spectrum to secure a turnkey facility that embodies innovation and flexibility, positioned well to support the next generation of industry leaders.”
