
Stiles acquired 24.45 acres at the southwest corner of State Road 56 and Morris Bridge Road in Wesley Chapel, Florida (photo). The $12.5 million purchase will support development of a new retail project within the River Landing master-planned community. The town is 25 minutes north of Tampa.
River Landing is an approximately 800-acre master-planned development located in one of Pasco County’s most active growth corridors. The project sits adjacent to the Two Rivers master-planned community, which is expected to deliver approximately 7,500 homes at full buildout.
Nancy Surak with Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office represented Stiles in the transaction and was the sole broker involved.
Stile’s says its primary focus is the successful leasing and development of grocery-anchored shopping centers, regional power centers, and neighborhood retail centers that feature a wide array of the world’s most well-established brands. Their geographic reach includes Florida and the Carolinas.
