
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Allegro Lynnwood, a newly constructed 240-unit multifamily community located at 16525-16605 Ash Way in Lynnwood, Washington. The final sale price was $77.49 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Byron Rosen, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper, Jacob Odegard, Dylan Roeter, David Karson and Chris Moyer represented both the seller, Integral NW, and procured the buyer, The Housing Authority of Snohomish County.
Allegro Lynnwood is a premier, newly built apartment community delivered in two phases: Allegro Ash Creek in 2019 and Allegro at The Woods in 2025. The property features 240 units, comprising studios, open one-bedrooms, traditional one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom layouts.
Strategically positioned at one of the region’s most pivotal transportation nodes, Allegro Lynnwood offers immediate access to I-5 and I-405 and is directly adjacent to the Ash Way Park & Ride, the future site of a Sound Transit light rail station.
