Marcus Partners and ECI Group acquired Panther Riverside Parc, a 280-unit, multifamily community located in Atlanta’s Sandtown submarket. The seller was Panther Residential, and the price was $44.76 million. Marcus has been active in the region. “Panther Riverside Parc marks our third acquisition in Atlanta in recent months, underscoring our continued conviction in the Southeast,” said Marcus Partners’ Andrew Dolinsky.
Built in 2010, the venture is planning renovations at the property.
1-3 bedroom rentals at Panther River Parc range from $1,270 to $2,550.
On its website, Marcus says it focuses on value-add investment strategies across industrial, multifamily, life science, and other select property types.
ECI has a portfolio of more than 6,000 units located throughout the Southeast and Texas.
