
Two weeks after closing on $400 million in debt and equity financing to build The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences, Tidal Real Estate Partners officially broke ground. The forthcoming Nashville development will rise 28 stories in The Gulch neighborhood and comprise 261 hotel rooms and 84 private condominium residences, fully serviced by the hotel. The building is slated to open in 2028.
The hotel will feature amenities including a double-height restaurant and signature bar, a lobby lounge, and a 50-foot heated saltwater pool with cabanas and a wraparound pool deck offering bar and restaurant service with skyline views.
In addition to the hotel amenities, residence owners will enjoy an exclusive suite of resident-only amenities.
The $400M capitalization was secured by Tidal Real Estate Partners on behalf of Flank GP Fund I. This debt and equity financing was provided by affiliates of KSL Capital Partners, LLC, Madison Realty Capital in partnership with Newbond Holdings.
