Infinity Properties has navigated the Denver city permitting process so far and is close to receiving its final permits to move ahead with a 170,000-square-foot apartment building with a rooftop pool in Denver’s Highland neighborhood (photo), also called LoHi (Lower Highland).  The Denver Business Journal reports Infinity purchased the Highland lot for $5.3 million last May.
Called Infinity Central 18, the building will contain 121 dwelling units. The building will stand nine stories, with three levels of parking totaling 100 spaces on the lower floors of the property
In LoHi alone, Infinity operates five boutique apartment properties, and it has another property near Sloan’s Lake.
Plans indicate some units will be designated as affordable housing, though most will be market-rate.
Davis Partnership Architects submitted the plans to the city.
