Stream Realty Partners has arranged the sale of Watergate 600, a 12-story, 316,000-square-foot office building located at 600 New Hampshire Ave. N.W. in Washington, D.C.
An affiliate of Jetset Hospitality purchased the building for $52.5 million. Stream’s advisory team, led by Managing Directors Matt Pacinelli and Charlie Smiroldo, and Associate Lukas Stanat, represented the new ownership in the acquisition, while JLL represented the seller. Stream will continue to oversee leasing and property management for the building.
The leasing team is led by Pacinelli, along with Senior Vice President Tim McCarty, Executive Vice President John Klinke, and Vice President Josh McDonald. “Watergate 600 offers a rare opportunity to lease a premier, contiguous top-block in one of Washington’s most established submarkets,” said Pacinelli. Recent capital improvements include an enhanced building lobby and entrance, a rooftop terrace, conferencing and event facilities, a modern fitness center, and comprehensive building upgrades.
