McCormick Communities announced that construction is underway at McCormick Village Retail, a new neighborhood retail center designed to serve the growing McCormick master-planned community in Port Orchard, Washington.
The multi-phased project marks a major milestone in McCormick’s continued evolution and is already demonstrating strong market demand, with the retail village nearly 50 percent pre-leased prior to completion.
Located at the intersection of SW Old Clifton Rd. and McCormick Village Dr., McCormick Village Retail will deliver approximately 30,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and service space arranged around a pedestrian-oriented village.
McCormick is home to approximately 7,399 residents, with the community projected to grow to some 19,000 residents by 2033. “As the community continues to grow, residents want convenient places where they can meet neighbors, grab coffee, run errands, and enjoy local businesses close to home,” said Eric Campbell, principal owner and president at McCormick Communities.
