Crescent Heights recently opened Panorama, a 236-unit condo tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead area.
Previously an apartment tower, the high-rise at 2460 Peachtree Road, was delivered in 1984
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Crescent Heights purchased the property through a limited liability company in November 2024. The firm paid just over $55 million in the transaction.
Sales at Panorama are exclusively managed by Ansley Developer Services. Pricing begins in the $300,000s.
Community amenities include an outdoor pool, a Zen garden, an amenity deck with a golfing green and meditation space, an indoor pet spa and a landscaped exterior dog park.
Crescent Heights claims it is the nation’s leading urban real estate firm. It specializes in the development, ownership, and operation of architecturally distinctive mixed-use high-rises in major cities across the United States.
