The Dallas Business Journal reports that the second phase of development will begin this fall, with an early 2029 completion date.
Crow Holdings will first need approval from the city, with filings expected in the coming weeks.
An east campus expansion that began in 2022 added around 285,000 square feet of space across three office buildings. Susser Bank, BNY Mellon and major law firm Polsinelli are among the companies that have moved offices to the campus. .
The next expansion may include three office buildings on a 2.5-acre site.
Founded in 1894, at a time when Dallas was beginning to take shape as a city, the Old Parkland Hospital served the community through two World Wars as a teaching hospital and innovator in medical technologies.
