
World Wide Group is selling SkyHouse Raleigh, an apartment building across from Moore Square. The Triangle Business Journal reports World Wide Group bought the 23-story tower in 2016 for $103 million.
James Dorsett, Jeff Glenn, Andrea Howard, John Currin and Austin Jackson of Northmarq Carolinas are representing the seller in the listing.
The 320-unit building is 94% occupied the broker firm representing the seller. SkyHouse has studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Rental rates start at $1,257 and go up to $2,354. Unit sizes range from 546 to 1,508 square feet.
Situated on 0.68 acres at 308 S. Blount St., the tower is marketed as an opportunity to own a high-rise residential building in Downtown Raleigh at a 60% discount off replacement cost. Amenities are on the 23rd floor and include a club room with a billiards table, fireplace, and televisions; fitness center; heated swimming pool; terrace; fire pit; grilling stations; and pet spa.
