G-Man Development and Trademark Property Company announced that Celina, Texas’ first Walmart Supercenter has set an April 29th opening date at Shawnee Trail, an 150-acre master-planned mixed-use project. Walmart serves as the anchor tenant for Shawnee Trail.Â
Additionally, the first phase of the broader development is slated to break ground in 2027. Beyond retail, the project will include restaurants, entertainment, office space, public spaces, parks, and a multifamily component. Trademark is working jointly with Shop Companies to lease the project.
Shawnee Trail will be located at the of Preston Road and the Collin County Outer Loop
