Ryan Companies celebrated the financial closing and commencement of construction on Trailside at Dia Crossing, an eight building, 350-unit multifamily community located at the gateway to Estero at U.S. 41 and Alico Road, in Fort Myers, Fla. The project is expected to be move-in ready by the first quarter of 2027. U.S. US Bank is providing construction financing for the project.Â
The amenities include a central park, 30-acre nature preserve, kayak launch to Estero Bay, fitness center pool and 9,500-square-foot clubhouse.
Trailside at Dia Crossing prominently sits on one of the busiest intersections in Lee County, minutes from Gulf Coast Medical Center and Florida Gulf Coast University. The community offers residents access to a wide range of local landmarks, including the Spring Training homes of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. The community is well-situated for daily life and travel, with more than 16 grocery stores within a 4-mile radius and Southwest Florida International Airport a short drive away.
