Germantown’s Neuhoff District may see a new 15-story office tower.
The Neuhoff District is a major mixed-use adaptive reuse project in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, transforming a former 7-acre meatpacking plant on the Cumberland River into a 1.3-million-square-foot development. It’s led by New City Properties and S9 Architecture. JE Dunn is in charge of construction.
The new office tower is planned to connect to the existing 14-story office building via a skybridge.
At an existing Neufoff office, Oracle recently signed a 116,000-square-foot lease. The two existing office buildings on Neuhoff’s campus offer around 388,000 square feet of office space.
The next phase will include retail, a seven-story office building with around 234,000 square feet of space, as well as a six-story apartment building with 319 units.
