
- Austin’s LV Collective promoted Jonathan Reyes to president and Christopher Kott to chief investment officer. In his new role as president, Reyes will oversee the growth strategy and operations across LV Collective’s platform, leading the company’s core business lines and positioning the organization for continued expansion. Kott has been promoted from executive vice president of acquisitions to chief investment officer, where he will lead the investment activity across both student housing and multifamily at LV Collective.
- Houston-based Camden Property Trust promoted Alexander J. Jessett to Chief Executive Officer and joined Camden’s Board of Trust Managers. Laurie A. Baker has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Benjamin D. Fraker has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Richard J. Campo, Co-Founder of the Company, will now serve as Executive Chairman of the Board of Trust. Managers, D. Keith Oden, Co-Founder of the Company, will continue in his role as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers. These changes align with Camden’s long-term succession plan.
- Savills expanded its Austin office with the appointments of Kelley Sigl as Senior Managing Director and Frank Hartmann as Managing Director. Before joining Savills, Sigl was Senior Vice President at JLL and previously held roles at Kinzer Partners, PitchBook Data, and Washington Partners. Prior to joining Savills, Frank was the Founder & Principal of SquareDirection, a commercial real estate advisory platform focused on tenant representation, corporate location strategy, and market intelligence. Over his career, he has executed over $250 million in lease transactions across 50+ assignments.
- Oxford Partners added Kim Hillman as Senior Vice President. Hillman brings nearly two decades of Commercial Real Estate experience, with a focus on Industrial, Logistics, Land, and Investment sales across major markets, including Southern California and Houston. Hillman has held leadership roles at firms such as Colliers International, Lee & Associates, and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
- Houston-based real estate investment and development firm DC Partners announced the appointment of Roberto Contreras IV as Chief Executive Officer. The company, founded in 2011, is known for developing luxury projects such as The Allen and has completed 22 developments totaling over 4 million square feet.
