
Kurv Industrial is building two speculative warehouses on a site in Doral that is currently home to eight office buildings. Seven of the eight buildings will be demolished to make way for the new industrial development. One currently occupied office building will remain. The 16 acre site is at 7705 NW 48th Stre.
One of the new warehouse buildings will be approximately 156,966 square feet, and the second approximately 113,747 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed in May 2027. The site is directly northwest of Miami International Airport and approximately 12 miles from downtown Miami.
Associated Bank provided a $56.7 million construction loan for the project. Daniel Barrins with Associated Bank, managed the loan arrangements and closing. This is the 19th project Associated Bank has financed for Kurv Industrial (formerly Bridge Industrial) since 2011.
Kurv is also developing an additional 2.6 million-square-foot industrial facility in Doral, named Bridge Point Doral.
