Pretium, a specialized investment firm managing over $60 billion in assets, added Graham Dorland as Managing Director, Business Development. Dorland will be responsible for capital raising, as well as business and product development across Pretium’s platform, with a focus on the southern U.S. He brings to Pretium more than a decade of experience in business development and relationship management at asset management firms.

Colliers has appointed Henry Allman as VP within its Tri-State Manhattan office. Joining Sheena Gohil’s veteran team, Allman will focus on office leasing and new business development, deepening client relationships and driving transaction activity across the New York market. Allman joins Colliers with nearly seven years of experience in commercial real estate, having built his career executing some of the most notable office leasing transactions in New York City.

Crow Holdings Development (CHD) has hired Travis Conley as senior associate, construction management. The appointment strengthens the organization’s New Jersey-based leadership team as CHD advances a robust pipeline of industrial development projects in the Northeast market.

Greysteel, a leading national commercial real estate investment services firm, hired Drew McWilliams as Director with the firm’s National Affordable Housing practice. McWilliams will lead affordable housing advisory and transaction efforts across New York and select regional markets, providing investment sales, debt & structured finance advisory, and preservation/syndication counsel to owners, developers and institutional investors.

The CoreNet Global New York City Chapter announced its 2026 Board of Directors. Leading the chapter as Chair is Christian Bryan, VP, Head of Real Estate and Facilities at CrowdStrike. He is joined on the Executive Leadership Team by: Sonya Dufner, President – Director of Workplace Strategy, Principal, Gensler; Sarah Wrench, VP – Global Workplace Services, Capital One; Will Monaghan, Treasurer – Global Head of Corporate Real Estate, Willis Towers Watson; and Jason Aster, Secretary – Managing Director, Growth, KBA Lease Services.

Zenith IOS, a leading vertically integrated industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment platform, promoted Vinh Thai to Head of Investments. Thai, previously SVP of Investments, joined Zenith in 2022 and currently oversees investments at the firm.

Philip Fitzpatrick has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the Real Estate and Funds practice group. He is based in the New York office and joins King & Spalding from McDermott Will & Schulte, where he was a partner.

Spencer Stuart, a leading global advisory firm, announced that Justin Zale has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York and Stamford offices, where he will lead the firm’s global Real Estate Practice. Zale counsels boards, executive leadership teams and investment groups on a wide variety of human capital matters, supporting clients in building high-performance leadership pipelines, navigating complex succession planning and optimizing talent impact.

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. added Leo George as a new associate, where he will support the firm’s commercial real estate advisory services, with a focus on financial analysis, market research and transaction support across Central New Jersey. George previously served as an intern with the firm while pursuing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University.
