Rockefeller Group unveiled new renderings of the 1072 West Peachtree building, the 60-story mixed-use tower recently completed in Midtown Atlanta. It’s the tallest building constructed in the city in over three decades.
1072 West Peachtree will deliver approximately 224,000 square feet of office space spanning floors 11-to-18. Each level includes a private outdoor terrace, making 1072 West Peachtree the only office building in Atlanta to offer dedicated outdoor space on every office floor. Residences take up floors 20-60.
The building features an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, and wellness-focused offerings, including private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and recovery spaces. Additional amenities include a Pickleball court that transforms into a multi-purpose outdoor fitness space.
Located along West Peachtree Street, the building is within a five-minute walk of both Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations and offers immediate access to Interstates 75 and 85, with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport just a 14-minute drive away.
