Lincoln Property Company has broken ground on Sky Harbor Logistics, an office-to-industrial redevelopment that will bring a two-building, Class A logistics campus to a Tempe, Arizona, infill site, minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Lincoln has been active on the Sky Harbor Logistics site since 2024, managing the demolition of an almost 220,000-square-foot office building and parking garage to make the parcel shovel ready.
Sky Harbor Logistics was built in 1977 as an industrial development, converted to office use in 2018, and is now returning to industrial.
At 1515 W. 14th St., it will include two nearly identical Class A logistics buildings totaling 255,766 square feet – 128,105 square feet at Building A and 127,661 square feet at Building B.
Sky Harbor Logistics is slated for completion in Spring 2027. Butler Design Group is the project architect. Willmeng is the general contractor. Lincoln will manage all building leasing and property management.
