It isn’t just the American and European automakers that are struggling to turn a profit during the auto market upheaval of the last year. Toyota has just released its earnings for the fiscal year ending March 31, and though it sold an extra 270,000 vehicles, it saw a sharp drop in profits including a flip to losses for North America.
