Latitude Commercial has been assigned full-service management for two properties by a local investor, expanding its local footprint in Merrillville, Indiana.
Latitude Commercial was assigned the management agreement for two properties totaling over 37,000 square feet and featuring 10 tenant spaces. “We are excited to continue to grow our relationship with this investor,” said Chris Marshall, who will serve as the lead property manager for the property. “These two properties have a great tenant mix providing crucial services to the region.”
Earlier this year, Latitude Commercial brokered a transaction with orthodontic practice Orthodontic Experts, which signed a long-term lease to occupy space in Portage, Indiana. Based in Crown Point, Latitude provides commercial real estate services, including purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, and commercial property management, specializing in Northwest Indiana, the Chicagoland area, and the Denver region.
