If you’ve been waiting for Volkswagen to release a hybrid, you’re probably starting to feel a bit like Charlie Brown trying to kick that darn football by now. Volkswagen Group of America head Kjell Gruner is on the record saying that VW wants a hybrid for the North American market. Yet, the brand keeps pushing back the anticipated models like the Tiguan eHybrid.
