While crowds swarmed in for a chance to see the New York Knicks NBA Championship parade, some workers were able to enjoy the action from the comfort of their office.
Working out of a building overlooking Broadway in lower Manhattan was the hottest office perk on Thursday.
And while some New York office building windows don’t open, many do — offering a chance to toss confetti or hear the full volume of the crowd’s chants.

It’s been 53 years since the New York Knicks last won an NBA Championship.
The only catch for office workers: You had to first get to your building, which made navigating jam-packed subways and closed-off portions of the street.
