For the most part, Ferrari has taken a quieter approach to paint than rivals such as Porsche, Lamborghini, and McLaren, and the Tifosi tend to follow suit, gravitating toward cleaner colors and understated designs rather than anything that shouts from a mile away. Whoever ordered this SF90 XX Stradale had other ideas.
Only 799 examples of the SF90 XX Stradale were made for the entire world, and this particular car has been worked over extensively through the company’s Tailor Made program. It ranks among the wildest Tailor Made commissions to cross our path, the kind of build that only lands in the hands of a customer Maranello holds in high regard.

Most of the hypercar’s exterior is painted in Verde Volterra. This is a wild, four-layer, color-shifting paint that Ferrari introduced in early 2022 for its exclusive collection of Cavalcade cars, built to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Cavalcade tour. Its inspiration comes from the deep greens and earthy browns of Tuscany, the region that gives the finish both its name and its character.

The paint, which glistens in various hues of green and gold, has been contrasted by burnt orange accents, including the hood vents, pin stripes on the front, sides, and rear, and on the rear wing end plates. The car also features loads of areas of exposed carbon fiber, like the central part of the hood and the rear wing.

The cabin is also very special. It’s wrapped in high-quality Alcantara with accents finished in JX Ultrasuede Black alongside Sella and black Serafil contrast stitching. As with every other SF90 XX model, there are loads of carbon fiber areas, including the door panels and the transmission tunnel.
Underneath the theatrics, the XX model runs the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 as the standard SF90, paired with three electric motors and turned up to 1,016 hp. Ferrari reworked the aerodynamics and stripped 22 lbs (10 kg) from the car, most of it coming off through carbon-fiber wheels and lightweight seats.
We don’t need to tell you that none of this comes cheap. While Ferrari won’t say what it stung this particular buyer for, the Tailor Made bill alone almost certainly ran into six figures. The SF90 XX Stradale started at roughly $840,000 before anyone touched the options sheet, and a build this loaded ends up a long way north of it.
