The Toyota Prius is in quite the sales slump this year. It’s down nearly 43% over last year, after a couple years of solid improvements. So, it would seem like the 2027 model year would be perfect for a strong refresh, especially since this generation was introduced for the 2023 model year. However, it seems that Toyota has decided to mostly stay the course, save for a new standard feature, and some odd fuel economy changes.
