
Avison Young completed the $8.824-million sale of a 31,488-square-foot industrial property located at 7577 Airway Rd. in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego. Associate Tanner Johnson and principal Jamie Endres-Keller, along with Barry Katz and Blake Katz of WGS Realty, represented the seller, a Miami-based private investor. Price Real Estate Investments represented the undisclosed buyer.
Located just 2.5 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border crossing, the property benefits from its position within one of the strongest logistics hubs in the greater San Diego region, serving businesses engaged in cross-border trade, manufacturing and distribution.
