Panattoni Development Company has named Drew Zaborowski senior development manager for its Northwest region.
In this role, he will help identify and execute new industrial development opportunities while supporting the company’s continued growth throughout the Pacific Northwest. Zaborowski brings more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate development, with expertise spanning site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, capital structuring, construction management, engineering, and asset dispositions.

Over the past 15 years, Zaborowski has held leadership roles overseeing industrial development projects across the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he served as a market leader for a logistics property company and later as a co-founder of Bear Creek Real Estate.
