Office space in the downtown Fifth Third Center is slated to be converted into hundreds of hotel and timeshare units. The Nashville Business Journal reports that the rooms will be part of Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts brand and Hilton Grand Vacations. Pivot Real Estate Partners and Hastings Architecture are helming the conversion of the 30-story tower.
The tower, located at 424 Church St., is slated to offer a total of 483 rooms, including 318 hotel rooms and 165 timeshare units.
Other features of the future hotel and timeshare tower include separate amenity spaces for hotel guests and timeshare owners, as well as a ballroom. A lobby bar, all-day restaurant and retail and coffee space are planned for the building’s ground level. The building’s plaza is planned to feature an outdoor bar with a food-and-beverage concept.
Pivot Real Estate Partners bought Fifth Third Center for $55.25 million last August.
