Prologis has sold The Collection at Airport Central, a fully-leased, five-building industrial portfolio totaling 604,429 square feet in Denver’s Airport Central micro-market to Berkeley Partners. The portfolio was 100% leased at the time of sale and includes a diversified roster of 12 tenants across five strategically located industrial assets.
Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner and Keiffer Garton of CBRE represented Prologis in the transaction.
The assets feature a mix of multi-tenant and single-tenant configurations designed to accommodate a broad range of industrial users. The portfolio is leased to tenants across industries, including logistics, distribution, building products, manufacturing, business services, trade show logistics, records management and e-commerce fulfillment.Â
Through the first quarter of 2026, Denver’s industrial market recorded 64 consecutive quarters of positive net absorption, while Airport Central maintained some of the lowest vacancy levels and strongest rent growth among Denver industrial submarkets.
