Until recently, Nissan had two main compact pickup truck lines that roughly mirror that of Toyota. In the same way that the Toyota Tacoma is designed for the North American market, so is the Nissan Frontier. It’s unique to our region, and it’s even built in the US. Around the rest of the world, Nissan sells the Navara (sometimes under the Frontier name), just as Toyota sells the Hilux. However, a third small pickup is about to join the ranks of the Navara around the world.
